Epicor Software Corp. has released its latest announcement regarding the Epicor Insights 2021 event. Customers, partners, and ISVs can now secure their registration with early-bird pricing. Below, you’ll find the most recent announcement details and a link to the official registration page.

Epicor Insights 2021 Announcement

The last 12 months have been particularly challenging for all of us and we have missed seeing you in person. We are hopeful that with the turn of the New Year, we will get an opportunity to reconnect during Insights, our annual customer conference. The health of attendees is our priority, so we’re moving forward with Epicor Insights 2021 in July with the assumption that the outlook continues on the right track. We are planning carefully, monitoring the news closely, and will adjust all aspects of the event as needed to ensure safety.

Epicor Insights will take place in Las Vegas from Sunday, July 11 through Wednesday, July 14 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center, Las Vegas NV. More details to come. We understand it might be tough to know what the next several months will hold, so we’re offering to lock in early bird pricing with no payment required if you RSVP using the link below.

*Epicor will cover 2 nights (May 3rd and May 4th) for 2 Executives from each company.

What if I want to extend my stay in Nashville pre/post-Epicor’s Executive View?

If you would like to extend your reservation, please enter this in your registration or contact sara.scandiffio@epicor.com and we will make every effort to accommodate this request at the group rate.

Epicor’s discounted group rate is $199 (9.25% sales tax and 6% tax plus $2.50 city tax per room night and $18 resort fee). Dates that are pre/post-May 3rd and 4th will be based on availability

Epicor Insights Executive View Registration

Epicor Insights Executive View is an event reserved for prospects entering the sales cycle with Epicor and Epicor Resellers. As a result, attendees are limited to those companies currently evaluating Epicor products as a complement to their business processes and systems. Epicor will cover event registration costs, event meals, and a two-night hotel stay for two attendees per certified partner.

How do I register?

Insights 2019 Recap Epicor Virtual Agent  (EVA)

AI is a buzzword on the tongues and in the minds of many involved in manufacturing industries. Gartner predicts that by 2020 80% of technologies will be driven by artificial intelligence in some form. Epicor has answered that call with the rollout of the Epicor Virtual Agent, aptly named EVA. A Microsoft Azure-powered virtual assistant, EVA leverages AI to deliver insights and data in real-time to empower workforces wherever they find themselves.

Virtual assistants are nothing new. However, their ubiquitous nature has yet to be fully realized, and appropriately utilized, among traditional manufacturing operations. Gartner also believes that by 2022, enterprises utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies will have some form of virtual assistant within the organization.

With built-in artificial intelligence, EVA can simplify user interactions with the ERP system and automate manual tasks to speed up operations. Text and voice cognitive skills enable EVA to transform data into visual representations. The result is an intuitive experience that allows users to complete actions on native devices with ease. The technology is powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP), a human-computer interactive technology that users can leverage from mobile devices with requests and tasks that will be addressed by the Epicor Virtual Agent. Targeted information and data to enable faster, better decision-making is then delivered in real-time.

Peyton Manning, the NFL’s only five-time Most Valuable Player and a 14-time Pro Bowl selection, has earned his place among the greatest quarterbacks in league history as a leader in nearly every statistical passing category. During the 2015/2016 season, Manning led the Denver Broncos to a 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50, making him the first starting quarterback in NFL history to win a Super Bowl with two different teams.

Epicor’s annual meeting, Insights, of Epicor customers, partners, and employees is right around the corner! Taking place May 21 – 24 in Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Insights 2018 will bring together 3,000 attendees from around the world to learn, network, and celebrate together. The event is hosted by the Epicor Users Group and Epicor Corporation. Encompass Solutions will also be holding our annual customer appreciation reception.

Here’s what you can expect to get out of your attendance at Insights 2018:

  • Classes – Dozens of 60-90 minute classes are held that are interactive, headed by subject matter experts, and allow questions.
